What Probate and Family Court Information Is Public Online?
Massachusetts remote-access rules allow many Probate and Family Court cases to appear online, but not every case or every document is remotely public.
Estates and administrations
Public, non-impounded estate and administration cases can be available through the remote public portal.
Guardianship and conservator matters
Public case information can be available unless a statute, standing order, rule or specific court order restricts access.

No online result does not prove that no case exists. Adoption, impounded, restricted, protected-person, sealed or other nonpublic information can require courthouse or party-specific access.
Parties to an impounded or otherwise nonpublic matter can contact the court and may be required to provide identification to access their physical case file.
