Do not assume every task can be completed at a service center. Guardianship records, for example, must be handled in person at the downtown location.

Plain, certified and exemplified copies have different fees and different uses.
Guardianship records are different. Adult and minor guardianship records are confidential and require the appropriate in-person court process.
Opening an Estate or Probating a Will in Fulton County
Georgia probate jurisdiction normally follows the decedent’s domicile. A will generally belongs in the Probate Court of the county where the decedent was domiciled at death. Property and residency facts can change the proper filing route.
Probate the will

Guardianship is a different filing route. Do not assume the estate e-filing workflow applies to guardianship.
